AIG Life experienced challenges in maintaining consistent branding while meeting design needs across the marketing department and other stakeholders inside the organisation. The reliance on outsourcing jobs resulted in long turnaround times, inconsistent branding, and high costs. In addition, there appeared to be a lack of teamwork, communication, ongoing improvement, and innovation. I was in charge of building an in-house studio that could manage these difficulties.

Below is the AIG Design Studio brand development.
This is an internal brand; some of the content has been replaced.

To make this process easier, four briefing templates were prepared for stakeholders
to fill out and email to the Design Studio's inbox.
Quick Brief
Used for tasks such as social assets,
screensavers, email signatures etc.

Video Brief

Used for video tasks. This includes filming,
scripts, and post-production.
Full Brief
Used for tasks such as big campaigns and projects that require multiple deliverables.

Brand training deck for departments at AIG Life
After developing methods for AIG's in-house design studio, I was able to keep track of not only each brief but also how many projects the other designers and I were working on.
In 2022, we completed over 350 tasks.
Design Studio's refreshed logo versions
The Studio branding was updated after two years of service. Additionally, a few of the assets, including the templates, were changed in response to stakeholder input.
